Return Policy

Applies To: All Retail and Wholesale Customers of Protek Auto Parts

1. General Return Guidelines

At Protek Auto Parts, customer satisfaction is a priority. We accept returns under the conditions outlined below, subject to inspection and compliance with our return standards. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied or refunded at a reduced value.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 New Product Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product or part has not been installed, used, tested, or damaged, and is returned in its original, sealed condition with complete packaging and components.
  • Electronic or Electrics parts and sensors are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.

2.2 Return Period

  • Online Purchases:
    Returns must be initiated within 30 business days of the original purchase date.
  • In-Store or Phone Orders:
    Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns Without Receipt:
    Returns submitted without the original invoice will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Return Conditions

  • All returned items must include all original components and accessories provided at the time of purchase.
  • Returns missing any components will be considered incomplete, and no refund will be issued.
  • Returned products must be in original packaging, free of any signs of use, wear, or installation.
  • Return will not be accepted if the customer tries to install the part or product to install and it doesn’t fit because the customer ordered the wrong part due any reason including lack of vehicle information.
  1. Return Shipping and Costs
  • All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, including returns from businesses or commercial clients.
  • Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
  • For orders that qualified for free delivery, Protek Auto Parts will deduct the actual shipping and handling costs from the total refund amount.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Products returned without all original components
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items
  • Electronic, Electrical parts and sensors

6. Return Processing

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • If the return meets all eligibility requirements, a refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Please allow 4–7 business days for return processing.
